How long does installation take?
Normally installation will take 2 to 3 days on site. We would like to start as early as possible on the first day, to ensure that we have sufficient time to complete the installation as quoted.

Will my existing carwash be interrupted?
Naturally if you are removing an existing wash then this will be out of commission two days prior to installation and two days after commencement of installation. As far as other bays are concerned there will only be minimal interruptions unless there are unforeseen circumstances. Or technicians confine themselves to the area where the new automatic carwash is being installed. We do however require the close co-operation of a nominated person to ensure smooth running of the installation.

I haven’t used an Automatic TouchFree carwash before – how am I going to manage?
On the first days of installation we install the hardware and during this phase we will discuss with you or your operator the basic components that make up the system. This will start your learning of the system. By the last day we will start more detailed training on the operational aspects of the touchfree carwash, going through operation / maintenance / fault diagnosis and repair. Before we leave you will have a good understanding of how the system operates.

What Training do I get?
Training. Informal training really begins from the very first onsite meeting and continues through various stages of the installation process i.e. the pre-conditioning stage involving electrician, fabricator and yourself for preparatory work, and then the hardware installation phase followed by the more formal training and final commissioning stage.

What happens if I have a fault, what do I do, as I know nothing about computers?
With fault diagnosis, you do not need to know a lot about computers. Our touchless automatic carwash computer system will log and record the fault, it will tell you what the wash process was doing, at the time of the fault. You simply need to right the last 4 numbers displayed on the screen before you reset the carwash, then ring us and a technician will be able to help.

Recycle. Does the Mr Magic brushless car Wash have recycle capabilities?
Yes, the Mr Magic brushless carwash does have recycle capabilities, with additional solenoids and manifold it can use any system so as long as it has a final filter of 5 micron as not to damage piston pump.
The Mr Magic touchfree carwash unit will integrate with any Recycle Manufacturer, a manifold is incorporated with two 2” air operated solenoids and driven from the computer to cycle from fresh to recycle. At present I do not have a prefered Recycle system but can set the site to accommodate one at a later date.
Warranty. The total system is warranted for 1 year as from commission date.
Technical Support. This is supplied via a dial up number to enable you to talk to our technical team. Technical support via phone 7 days a week for the period of your warranty after this a cost will incur.
Software. The Mr Magic automatic touchfree carwash control software has self diagnosis and logging capabilities, also real time sensor display and manual override control of relay outputs.
Free Post Installation Visit. Mr Magic Automation Pty Ltd provides an on site, post installation visit as fits scheduling to assist with ongoing training and commissioning assessments.
Water Usage. Because the Mr Magic automatic touchfree carwash is so technically advanced and controlled by a computer, the wastage of water and detergents are minimized, thus you will find a saving in excess of 30 % water usage than other machines and also detergent there is a tremendous saving because of the unique way we apply our solutions we are able to place the detergent where it is needed not wasting it on the ground as many do.
